Obsessions with these colours soon faded out until now. 2019 brought neon back, after the array of celebrity endorsements took its toll on social media. Kim Kardashian wore a neon yellow two piece and people went crazy, online stores starting stocking up on the similar outfit and this was selling out faster than a fat kid eating cake. Once more and more individuals with a large social media presence began to cover their bodies in neon materials, it became the 80's all over again, just with a little more sauce this time.
